STOURBRIDGE Conservatives have selected a new candidate to replace outgoing Margot James.
Suzanne Webb has been selected by Stourbridge Conservative Association to fight in the forthcoming General Election.
The new candidate is a councillor for Castle Vale in Birmingham, regional chairman of West Midlands Conservatives and a proud Brexiteer.
Roger Spencer, chairman of Stourbridge Conservative Association, said: "I think Stourbridge has got a first class candidate and I'm absolutely convinced she's going to make a first class MP for Stourbridge."
Former MP Margot James was among the first to wish her successor well and said on Twitter: "Congratulations Suzanne Webb @Q66Suzi on securing the Conservative nomination for the wonderful constituency of Stourbridge tonight."
