BEN Basford is backing Cradley to push for maximum points from two meetings in four days.
Heathens head to Coventry on Friday before taking on comeback club Isle of Wight at Monmore next Monday, May 9.
They're unbeaten on home shale and their only defeat came at runaway title favourites Birmingham.
Basford has been a big hit with Heathens fans since his winter switch from Kent and moves up from reserve into the top five on Friday.
He said: “Our first away meeting at Birmingham was always going to be tough but we learnt a lot from that one,” Basford commented.
“We feel much more confident going to Coventry; it should be a great meeting but I think we can snatch it late on.
“We rode well at home to King’s Lynn last time out in tricky conditions because of the rain and it was particularly nice to get a first 5-1 with Bradley (Andrews).
“He’s been struggling in our first few meetings but he’s been working so hard to get things right and it was great to see he’d got dialled in and to go round in front of the crowd with him was great.
“Those are the sorts of moments we do this sport for and when you consider it was against two quality reserves it made it even better.
“On Monday we want to keep our run at home going against the Isle of Wight and two wins would be huge for us.”
Skipper Max Clegg is ruled out of both meetings due to Premier League duties but the club have booked Ben Morley, who has made guest appearances for them in the past including the 2014 Grand Final.
