t was back to winning ways for Stourbridge RFC U17s on Sunday.
Following a 44-5 defeat by Shrewsbury, the youngsters bounced back with a 22 -12 win over Warley.
Stour scored first with a pick up and drive by James Bills before Warley levelled the score halfway through the first-half.
The remainder of the half was a tough forward oriented game and before the break Bills again picked up from the back of a maul to drive over for his second try with no conversions.
In the second-half Stourbridge extended their lead with tries out wide by Kyle Lockley and James Oakes, one of which was converted by Mat Grainger before Warley scored a well worked try down the left wing which was converted to make the final score 22-12.
